Personalised Wooden Family Tree Plaque

This stunning personalised wooden Family Tree plaque makes a wonderful keepsake to celebrate your family, and is fully personalised with each family member's name. Handcrafted from start to finish, you can choose 3-12 hearts depending on the size of your family. Hand painted in a base ivory chalk paint colour, you can then choose one of 5 other additional colours to suit your decor.

The wording on the main central plaque can be completely personalised with any wording you wish (see the sample designs shown as an indication of the space available). The main plaque (excluding hearts) measures between approximately 23cm-30cm (depending on number of hearts required) x 8cm tall. Each heart and the main plaque is tied with jute and finished with your choice of either a ribbon bow in a complimenting colour, or a raffia bow.

Heart Layout Options -
Depending on the number of hearts you require, there are various layout options available:

3, 4 or 5 Hearts: will be strung in a single row
6, 7 or 8 Hearts: choose either a single or double row of hearts
9, 10, 11 or 12 Hearts: will be strung in a double row of hearts

Double rows of hearts will have 2 hearts in the top row, and the remaining hearts in the lower row. Sorry, this item is not available for overseas orders - UK delivery only.
