This stunning personalised wooden Family Tree plaque is a beautiful keepsake, perfect for celebrating the people who mean the most to you. Each hanging heart is personalised with a family member's name, and the wording on the central plaque can also be fully customised with your own unique message (see images of sample designs for an indication of the space available.)

Lovingly handcrafted from start to finish, this unique plaque features a charming farmhouse-style rustic finish and can be created with between 2 and 12 hearts, making it suitable for families of all sizes. Hand painted in an elegant ivory chalk paint, you can then choose from one of three pretty pastel accent shades to complement your décor. You can also select either a coordinating ribbon bow or a rustic raffia bow for the finishing touch.

The main plaque (excluding hearts) measures between approximately 23cm-30cm (depending on number of hearts required) x 8cm tall. Each heart is individually tied with natural jute twine, and the plaque arrives ready to hang and enjoy.

Heart Layout Options -
Depending on the number of hearts you require, there are various layout options available:

2-5 Hearts: will be strung in a single row
6-8 Hearts: choose either a single or double row of hearts
9-12 Hearts: will be strung in a double row of hearts

Double rows of hearts have 2 hearts in the top row, and remaining hearts in the lower row.

Each Family Tree Plaque is handmade to order so please allow 10 working days for dispatch. Depending on the number of hearts required, the main plaque measures approximately 23cm-30cm long, and 8cm tall. The plaques and hearts are made from wood (not MDF), strung with jute and finished with your choice of bow style. As this item is handcut and crafted all sizes are approximate.
