'Cottingley' Fairy Fantasy Photo Portrait

Cottingley, fairy tale fantasy image created from your own photo into unique personalised portrait and bespoke wall art | PhotoFairytales

The Cottingley Fairies are an infamous series of hoax photos taken by two young girls back in 1917. At the time, the photos they staged of themselves with fairies were thought by many to be genuine photos of fairies that had been captured by the two cousins in their garden in Cottingley, Yorkshire. Even Sir Arthur Conan Doyle, the creator of Sherlock Holmes, was fooled! Now your loved one can take centre stage in their very own recreation. This design looks great in sepia/black and white too, so if you'd like that option just let me know in the special instructions box below. Your subject needs to be photographed either laying down on their tummy or seated at a table - ideally with their head resting on one hand if you want to recreate the original composition. Tip: when you take the photo, make sure you're on eye level and not looking down on the subject. For best results your photo should be taken using the highest possible settings on your camera, and should be around 500kb or larger.
