Your subject can be photographed in a seated position, either with their knees drawn up or with their feet loosely hanging down (as shown in the example above), or standing. You will need to photograph them so that you can see them completely from head to toe. Tip: when you take the photo, make sure you're on eye level and not looking down on the subject. For best results your photo should be taken using the highest possible settings on your camera, and should be around 500kb or larger.
