Do I have to send a photograph? You are welcome to supply a photo for your paper, but you don't have to. If you don't have a photo a stock image to suit the article will be used, as shown in the examples. If you would like to include your own photo please remember to state this on the order form.
What size or shape of photo do I send? The space available for your photo is portrait shaped, so please make sure that the photo you choose is either already in that format, or can be cropped to fit without cutting off any important parts of the image. You're welcome to send your photo already cropped to size if you wish - the ratio is 2:3. Try to choose a good quality photo that is not too dark or light.
How do I send my photo to you? After placing your order you will receive an auto-reply email in acknowledgement. Simply reply to this email and attach your photo. If you don't see the email arrive please check your spam inbox.
Can I supply my own article text or change the standard text or headline? Yes! You're more than welcome to supply your own wording for the paper - please contact me to discuss what you need and I'll be happy to help. (Please note there will be an additional cost for this service.)
Can I slightly change some of the wording? I'm always happy to adapt the text wherever possible - just contact me before you order to let me know what you need and I'll be happy to help.
Does it matter if I don't supply all the personalisation details requested - can I leave some fields empty? Sorry, this isn't possible - you need to supply wording for all fields requested on the order form so that the article reads correctly (unless it is stated as 'optional' text).
How big are the prints and how are they delivered? The newspaper prints are A3 (29.7cm x 42cm). They're unframed, but fit into any standard A3 size frame. The prints are attractively packaged with a backing board and sealed in a clear presentation sleeve.
